Job Summary

Assist the Business Manager with all phases of apartment community operation, including general administration, maintenance oversight, and resource control. Direct and control personnel and resources to maintain the community in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. Manage move-ins, move-outs, and apartment inspections while resolving resident concerns and implementing retention strategies. Prepare and sign rental agreements, maintain lease files, and collect rent following company procedures. Coordinate with service teams and vendors to minimize vacancy downtime and enforce maintenance standards. Supervise staff and contractors in the absence of the Business Manager and support team training. Ensure accurate reporting, budget tracking, and compliance with accounting and purchasing policies. This is a floater position requiring travel to different properties under the regional manager's portfolio. Full-time, on-site schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday.
