Assistant Property Manager - Lake Jonathan Flats & Continental Apartments

Assistant Property Manager assists Property Manager in day-to-day operations at Lake Jonathan Flats & Continental Apartments in Minnesota. Responsibilities include collecting and recording rent and updating rent roll, recording and completing work requests, ensuring professional appearance and demeanor, handling resident issues, showing and leasing apartments, applying leasing techniques and sales methods, maintaining knowledge of property rental information, maintaining a leasing closing ratio, timely reporting and submission of administrative forms, cash receipting rent payments and making bank deposits, reconciling ledgers, implementing resident retention programs, reporting unusual circumstances, complying with Fair Housing rules, and pursuing educational opportunities for personal growth and development. Compensation is commensurate with experience and benefits are provided. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, including every other Saturday; location options include Chaska and Crystal, MN.
