Job Summary
Assist Property Manager and Senior Property Manager in maintaining day-to-day property and asset management operations for 350 Mission, including general administration (SharePoint file organization, leasing coordination, meeting minutes, tenant/vendor contacts), accounting tasks (Yardi invoicing, payables/receivables, POs), monthly reporting and budgeting support, CAM reconciliations, insurance compliance, tenant relations, vendor management, leasing coordination, and coordination of tenant move-ins/outs. Requires 3-5 years in office and 3 years in commercial real estate, with strong financial management skills and proficiency in Word/Excel. The role includes front-desk backup and collaboration across development, construction, and engineering teams, along with ensuring accurate records, schedules, and vendor contracts as part of day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years working in a professional office environment
- Minimum of 3 years working in a commercial real estate environment
- Strong proficiency in financial management and accounting
- Self-motivated with excellent email and phone etiquette, convey a highly professional manner
- Strong organizational skills, typing 60+
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
