Assistant Property Manager

Conduct regular property walks and inspections across assigned mobile home communities in East Tennessee to identify rule violations, maintenance concerns, and safety issues. Assist with day-to-day operations including rent collection, resident communication, lease enforcement, and the eviction process as needed. Support Community Managers and Regional Managers by delivering notices, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and documenting work items in company systems like Rent Manager and Asana. This full-time, floating role requires regular travel throughout East Tennessee and involves enforcing community rules, Federal Fair Housing laws, and company standards. A valid driver's license is required, and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
