Job Summary
Market apartments to maintain high occupancy and coordinate turns within five days. Collect rent accurately, complete resident certifications, and conduct file audits and property inspections. Partner with maintenance for timely work orders and serve as acting Property Manager when needed. Build positive relationships with residents while resolving concerns professionally to create a safe, welcoming community. Requires 5+ years of property management experience and proficiency with affordable housing programs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8–5 with an on-call rotation; pay starts at $25.10 per hour plus overtime and bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of property management experience
- Experience with affordable housing programs including HUD, LIHTC (Tax Credit), Rural Development (RD), or Section 8
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
