Job Summary
Manage daily property operations for assigned sites by handling administrative tasks, maintaining vendor relationships, and performing routine inspections to ensure maintenance and aesthetic standards. Coordinate complex projects, multi-trade work orders, and asset installation while collecting operational data for accurate reporting on services, productivity, and cost savings. Assist in managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with all required policies, and executing emergency plans including drills, equipment monitoring, and evacuation procedures. Lead a cross-functional team in delivering hospitality standards and coordinating unique event programming to foster a community atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a focus on business administration, hospitality, real estate, or in a related field preferred
- high school diploma required
- 2+ years professional work experience
- supervisory experience
- Financial experience including profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
- budgetary oversight
- cost analysis
- management of service contracts and arrears
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Successful completion of the Hines Property Management Training Program or equivalent real estate knowledge
