Job Summary
Assist the Property Manager in the daily operations of a senior affordable housing community (Highlands Manor) in Daytona Beach, FL. Responsibilities include handling tenant inquiries and maintenance requests, assisting in leasing activities (showing units, processing applications, background checks), managing rent collections and delinquencies, maintaining accurate records of tenant interactions and finances, coordinating with maintenance staff, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC, Section 8). Prepare regular occupancy and financial reports, support budget preparation and financial planning. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in property management preferred, and proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office; strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
