Job Summary
Process rent payments, enforce lease policies, and support delinquency follow-up while handling day-to-day leasing tasks including giving tours, processing applications, and preparing lease paperwork. Assist in resolving resident concerns, manage work order intake, oversee service request follow-up, and support property inspections and inventory standards. Aid in budget tracking, accounts payable, and property reporting, stepping in as Acting Property Manager when the Manager is off-site. Help coach leasing team members and drive resident retention efforts. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of property management or leasing experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines
- Willingness to complete Fair Housing certification
