Lead on-site property team to achieve leasing, occupancy, and retention goals; manage rent collection, delinquency, and lease enforcement; oversee budgets, reporting, and expenses; supervise leasing and maintenance staff; ensure Fair Housing compliance; coordinate with marketing for outreach and events; manage vendor relationships and maintenance requests; handle resident issues; collaborate with corporate on reporting and audits. Requires 3-5 years property management, strong leadership, financial acumen, proficiency in RealPage/OneSite or similar, excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
