Job Summary
Assistant Property Manager for Admirals Landing in Great Mills, MD. The role requires stepping in for the Property Manager in their absence, delivering excellent customer service, coordinating resident events and newsletters, ensuring Tax Credit compliance, and utilizing Yardi software. Requires at least 3 years of property management experience (Assistant Community Manager or Leasing professional) with Tax Credit experience; TCS certification is a plus. Strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, and ability to lead a team while working collaboratively. Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or similar
- Must have 3+ years Tax Credit Experience
- TCS certification is a plus!
- Experience with planning resident events and newsletter planning
- Yardi Software experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to work individually and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lead a team while being part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
- Must have an attention to detail for both the physical property and required Tax Credit paperwork
