Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned multifamily residential properties by managing resident relations, financial operations, and property maintenance. Leverage sales skills to lease apartments, advertise properties via social media, and tour units to close sales with prospective residents. Build long-term relationships by addressing resident requests, documenting communications in customer management systems, and responding to concerns. Partner with the Property Manager to execute marketing strategies that drive occupancy, support brand initiatives, and increase retention while maintaining net operating income budgets.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Vehicle
- Vehicle insurance per company requirements
- Familiarity with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, Fair Housing, and employee safety
Desired Qualifications
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) or similar certifications
- Four-year degree in business or related subject
- Two to four years' related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service experience
- Strong customer service mind-set
- Strong sales skills
- Aptitude with confidence and drive to close the sale
- Prior experience in property management or a related industry
