Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager at Goldmark Property Management leads property operations and finances at the assigned multifamily property, working with the Property Manager to ensure exceptional resident service and occupancy. Responsibilities include resident relations, financial operations, and implementing a property marketing and sales program to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction, while directing Leasing Specialists, caretaking, and cleaning staff. The role partners with the Property Manager to execute property marketing strategy, maintain NOI budgeting goals, monitor financial statements, conduct property inspections, and drive a high level of customer service and team development. The position supports leadership development and aims to deliver Goldmark’s vision of better living, with leadership demonstrated at the property level and a focus on loyalty, retention, and brand standards.
