Job Summary
Collect and deposit rental payments, prepare daily and monthly reports, and manage affordable housing paperwork. Conduct apartment tours, respond to resident and prospect inquiries, and explain lease documents to maximize occupancy. Assist with evictions when necessary, maintain accurate data entry for applications and move-ins/outs, and train on-site team members on system processes. Organize resident events, collaborate on marketing strategies, and conduct property inspections in all weather conditions. Serve on-call as needed for emergencies and ensure office operations run smoothly during the manager's absence.
Required Qualifications
- Strong management, communication, and organizational skills
- Time management and attention to detail
- Sales ability with proven closing skills
- Customer service mindset with a professional image
- Knowledge of on-site maintenance processes and vendor/contractor coordination
- Proficiency with office technology and property management systems
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work any day of the week, including evenings or weekends as needed
- Ability to serve on-call when scheduled
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential
- Ability to conduct full property inspections in all weather conditions
- Capability to oversee maintenance functions and assist in emergencies
- Must possess the qualifications and certifications required and be committed to upholding safety, compliance, and excellent service standards
