Job Summary
Assistant Property Manager at Fore Property Company in Happy Valley, OR. Responsibilities include executing the marketing and leasing strategy for the property, administrative duties, resident retention, rent collection and posting, reporting, scheduling property tours, lead activity in CRM, responding to inquiries, move-in coordination, and supporting the Business Manager with posting rents and 5-day notices. Requires monitoring occupancy, completing competitive property surveys, Craigslist postings, social media engagement, developing marketing materials, managing leasing processes end-to-end, and building relationships with residents to provide quality customer service. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and Yardi Voyager(RENT Cafe) are essential; weekend coverage is required. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of multifamily leasing experience required
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience as an Assistant Manager required
- Strong skill set in administrative duties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization or public
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi Voyager and the Yardi/RENT Cafe platform a must
- Social Media experience is a plus
- Position required to provide weekend coverage
