Job Summary
Support the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations. Assist with prospective resident screenings, move-in/move-out processes, and property tours while preparing lease agreements. Serve as a point of contact for residents to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Oversee rent collection, process payments, and manage delinquency follow-ups. Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely service request completion and monitor property performance metrics. Assist in planning resident events and stay informed about market trends to position the community for success. Requires high school diploma, property management experience, and proficiency in OneSite and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property management, leasing, bookkeeping, or a similar field
- Strong communication with excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Confident using property management software (OneSite) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem solver with a proactive attitude and a customer-first mindset
