Job Summary
Support the Account Director and Facilities Management team as Assistant Property Manager for a government client in Perth. Manage accounts payable and administrative tasks, liaise with contractors, tenants, and government stakeholders, assist with portfolio and building reporting, budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and graphs, issue purchase orders, set up contracts in the Property Management System, monitor rental arrears, assist in Rent Review processes, process supplier invoices, and support Tenant Tax Invoices and Account Reconciliations across the portfolio. The role involves financials, reporting, strategy, operations, and asset management for client properties, with emphasis on prioritization and meeting deadlines. An ideal candidate can be a university graduate or returning to work, with a focus on customer service and relationship management, and introductory accounts payable experience.
