Job Summary
Lead the property team in directing staff to ensure high-level resident service. Collect rent, process late payments, issue notices, and initiate evictions when necessary. Assist with financial and operational reporting, draft renewal offers, and manage lease documentation. Conduct pre-move-in inspections, input daily resident data from walk-ins, and ensure units are move-in ready. Comply with local, state, and federal laws including Fair Housing regulations. Maintain a professional demeanor with owners, residents, and vendors while utilizing Entrata software and MS Office. Requires two years of multi-family management experience, a valid driver's license, and US work authorization. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour for a day shift role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
- Valid driver's license preferred; Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must be a self-starter with excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Must maintain courteous, helpful demeanor with owners, residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc. Must always demonstrate professionalism
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Two (2) years related experience in multi-family management role and/or leasing, sales and/or customer service background; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management software
- Strong customer service abilities, and verbal / written communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite including Word and Excel. Proficient in Entrata software
