Job Summary
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support property management activities under Elders’ network and assist in building client relationships, identifying new opportunities for landlords and tenants, and helping manage debtor accounts. You will prepare necessary documents for landlords and tenants, collaborate with the Elders team to explore new opportunities, and maximise promotional opportunities including field days and community events. The role emphasizes strong organisation, communication, and a positive attitude, with the opportunity to learn, develop, and grow your career in property management in Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain a Property Manager licence (licence costs covered by Elders)
- Hold a current driver’s license
- No industry experience necessary
