Job Summary
Collaborate with senior property managers to maintain tenant relationships, support daily operations, and manage financial functions for The Commons and Sand Hill Collection properties. Supervise vendors by creating repair agreements, monitoring insurance, and processing daily invoices while maintaining accurate records in MRI accounting software. Assist with property inspections, tenant move-ins, and capital improvement projects, ensuring timely rent collection and delinquency reporting. Back up the Tenant Services Coordinator by dispatching service calls to the Prism work order system and tracking costs for tenant improvement projects. Welcome visitors professionally and interface with all levels of management, vendors, and tenants in this high-profile Menlo Park office setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the commercial property management field
- 4 yr degree
- Strong mathematical skills
- Organizational aptitude
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Above average customer service skills
- Problem-solving capabilities
