Job Summary
Assist in all aspects of property management including administrative support, lease administration, and coordinating contracts and service proposals. Manage office operations, prepare and track invoices, aging reports, and delinquencies, ensure property files are orderly, coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and related logistics, oversee work order and purchase order systems, and contribute toTenant Service Package development (handbooks, newsletters, events) while updating the Operations Manual and maintaining insurance certificates for tenants/vendors. Support annual budgets and monthly financial reporting, assist with bank deposits when onsite, and supervise site inspections with janitorial/landscape providers and other contractors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive, organized approach are required; travel between properties is routine.
