Job Summary
Assist the Property Manager with general administration, daily operations, and cross-training to cover management functions during absences. Monitor regulatory compliance, maintain physical assets for net operating income, and utilize on-site property management software while training staff. Manage loss prevention, respond to emergencies, and process vendor invoices and purchase orders. Handle maintenance requests by preparing service orders, following up on delays, and ensuring resident notifications. Support leasing by interviewing prospective residents, showing suites, collecting funds, and conducting move-in/out inspections. Collect rent, verify payments, initiate eviction procedures for delinquencies, and ensure all requests are completed per Fair Housing policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of required experience in Leasing, Bookkeeping, or Operations
