Job Summary
Assist the Property Manager with general administration, daily operations, and loss prevention functions, including cross-training to act as Manager in their absence. Monitor regulatory compliance, manage vendor invoices, and ensure proper utilization of property management software. Handle resident services by preparing maintenance service orders, conducting move-in and move-out inspections, collecting rent, and initiating eviction procedures when necessary. Support leasing activities by interviewing prospective residents, showing suites, and pursuing rental status while ensuring adherence to fair housing policies. Maintain working knowledge of maintenance programs and housekeeping functions to ensure efficient system operation. This role requires a High School Diploma, 1-2 years of experience in leasing or operations, and a valid driver's license. Compensation is up to $27.72/hour with a full benefits package, 401(k) match, and referral bonuses.
