Job Summary
Assist with the overall management of an apartment community, including showing and touring apartments, preparing leases, and delivering excellent customer service to prospects and residents. Requires at least 3 years of leasing experience and one year of Assistant Property Manager experience in an apartment community. Must have excellent customer service, strong communication skills (verbal and written), and outstanding sales and organizational abilities. Spanish language skills are a plus.
