Job Summary
Lead by example as the primary point of contact for residents, driving rent collection, managing delinquency, and conducting personalized tours to secure new leases. Ensure the community's interior and exterior remain impeccable while coaching and mentoring team members to uphold Bozzuto's brand standards. Step in to lead operations whenever the Property Manager is unavailable and work weekends during peak leasing periods, one to two times monthly. This role requires a quick thinker with a passion for apartment living and community connection to deliver exceptional experiences for residents and foster brand loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries
- Exposure to revenue, P&L and budget management
- Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent with industry software (YARDI preferred), apps and computer programs
- Sales aptitude
- Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—one to two weekends per month with two days off during the week
