Job Summary
Assist with the daily operations of a high-rise residential/commercial property, including rent collection and delinquency management, leasing and occupancy support, marketing and tours, tenant inquiries, lease processing and screenings, unit turnovers, maintenance coordination, vendor management, and administration. Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and customer service skills; supports property operations, occupancy targets, and resident satisfaction while ensuring adherence to company policies and fair housing regulations. Requires 3–5 years of residential/high-rise property management experience, proficiency with MS Office and property management software (YARDI preferred). Schedule typically Monday–Friday with after-hours readiness as needed.
