Job Summary
Assist Property Manager with day-to-day operations, leasing activities, and resident services. Responsible for coordinating office management, processing rents and deposits, generating traffic and tours for prospective residents, qualifying applicants, closing leases, and handling renewals. Supports vacancy and maintenance coordination, ensures timely move-ins, maintains resident files, prepares reports (traffic, move-in/move-out, vacancy, market surveys, weekly activity), and enforces policies and safety procedures. Requires strong customer service and sales skills, knowledge of Fair Housing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and RealPage OneSite; ability to handle budgets, vendor coordination, and community events; maintains professional communication with residents, staff, and management. Must be able to work weekends/holidays as needed and exhibit a friendly, team-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED; or two to three years related experience in property management, leasing, and/or hospitality or related experience in customer service/sales/marketing or equivalent
