Job Summary
Assist the Property Manager with all on-site property operations, including capturing tenant renewals at the highest rate and maintaining a resident relations program. Ensure the property is leased at or above market occupancy by showing and leasing apartments when the leasing agent is unavailable, while keeping all property marketing current, accurate, and effective. This role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at Retreat at Mill Creek Apartments in Lenexa, KS. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in multifamily housing industry
- 2+ years experience in an Assistant Property Manager role
- Customer service experience required
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Yardi, CRMiQ, and Perq experience a plus
- Sales experience a plus
