Job Summary
Assist the Property Manager with all on-site operations, including capturing tenant renewals at the highest rate and maintaining a resident relations program. Ensure the property is leased at or above market occupancy by showing and leasing apartments while keeping all marketing current and accurate. Build and sustain strong resident relations to drive occupancy and retention. This role is part-time, scheduled Monday through Friday (8:30 am–5:30 pm) and Saturday (10:00 am–2:00 pm) at Summer Green Apartments in Fort Worth, TX. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in an assistant manager or manager role
- Experience in multifamily housing industry
- Valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- Customer service experience

- Strong multitasking abilities
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
