Job Summary
Manage assigned property portfolios by overseeing leasing, resident relations, facilities, and financial reporting to meet operating budgets. Process rental applications, execute renewals, and conduct tours while maintaining accurate leasing reports and audit resident files. Support marketing efforts by updating website listings, creating promotional materials, and reviewing market data to guide pricing strategies. Ensure resident satisfaction through effective communication, handling move-in/out inspections, and managing maintenance work orders. Supervise leasing and maintenance teams during the Property Manager's absence, lead morning meetings, and provide daily reports. Oversee rent collection, eviction processes, and portfolio budget compliance while adhering to all federal, state, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree
- 1-3 years leasing experience
- prior management experience in a related field
- Ability to interact with people in an articulate, professional, and friendly manner
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Administration experience
- Ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Computer and office equipment knowledge
- Fair Housing Certification
- willingness to obtain Fair Housing Certification
- Must be able to periodically lift up to 20 lbs
- Successfully pass a drug test
- Ability to walk and traverse stairs on a regular basis
- Valid Driver's License
- operable vehicle with insurance
- Attendance is an imperative job function, with prompt daily arrival
- Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm
- Saturdays / Sundays as needed
