Job Summary
Coordinate leasing, resident retention, and maintenance to support maximum occupancy and collections at 800 Southern Avenue Apartment Homes. Foster relationships with residents, communities, and agencies while managing compliance, financial administration, and site operations. Handle incoming calls, process applications, and conduct tours to convert leads into rentals. Manage rent collections, deposits, and housing assistance payments, including handling delinquencies and evictions as assigned. Ensure property standards are met before showings and oversee contractor work orders. Maintain accurate records of resident transactions and certifications in property management software.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of related experience
- proven track record in similar function
- Occupancy experience
- Leasing experience
- APM role experience
- Ability to use and communicate through email
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong computer skills
- MS Office suite proficiency
- Outlook proficiency
- Property management software proficiency
- Yardi proficiency
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Successful completion of a background check
- Successful completion of a drug screening
