Job Summary
Join Five T Management as an Assistant Property Manager to support property operations and resident relations in a values-driven environment. Ideal for candidates with customer service experience and a commitment to quality housing.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Illinois Leasing Agent License (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of HUD, CHA, or Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs preferred.
- Yardi experience preferred.
- Additional education or certification (COS) preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to obtain Illinois Leasing Agent License within 6 months.
