Job Summary
Manage a team of leasing and maintenance professionals to oversee multifamily property operations, including leasing oversight, maintenance oversight, administrative functions, and operational reporting. Drive revenue and ensure competitive rental rates by utilizing AMSI and Entrata software for accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and timely rent collection. Engage directly with residents, employees, and vendors to resolve concerns and maintain a stress-free rental experience, while prioritizing work to ensure the property operates at peak performance. Schedule includes Fridays, Saturdays, at least one Sunday monthly, and holidays during peak business hours, including weekly closing shifts. Requires two-plus years of multifamily property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales, plus one year supervising two or more employees.

- ability to read, understand, and develop financial statements
- high-school graduate-level mathematical proficiency
- Valid driver's license
