Assistant Property Manager (48133)

Hourly Assistant Property Manager role supporting the management of a sizeable multifamily property. Responsibilities include leasing oversight, maintenance oversight, administrative tasks, and operational reporting. Use of multifamily software AMSI and Entrata to drive revenue, ensure competitive rental rates, and maintain accurate records and timely rent collection. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with the ability to handle resident and vendor interactions, escalate issues when needed, and contribute to a positive resident experience. Requires 2+ years of multifamily property management experience, associate or undergraduate degree (or equivalent), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license.
