Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager coordinates activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality; supports the Project Manager and Superintendents while effectively engaging with clients, architects, subcontractors, and coworkers. Responsibilities include construction planning, scheduling equipment deliveries, facilitating document distribution, and acting as a liaison between project teams and the community to advance project objectives, cost estimates, contract changes, and overall project success.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience in construction, design, architecture, engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in PlanGrid, Procore, and Sage 300 Timberline
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to collaborate with project team members, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community
- Some travel may be required
