Job Summary
Conduct project planning, scheduling, and coordination while managing safety, quality control, and accurate budget forecasting. Oversee change orders, manage critical subcontractors, and resolve labor disputes, material delivery issues, and contract administration matters. Lead Project Engineers and maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools management for Federal Building projects in Havelock, NC. Requires 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Salary range $100,000 - $150,000 annually.
