Job Summary
Manage a defined project scope autonomously, overseeing submittals from intake through procurement, subcontractor administration for payments and compliance, document management, and project controls. Lead coordination meetings for MEP, skin, site utilities, and logistics while ensuring cost projection accuracy and timely punch list execution. Drive complete project closeout documentation delivery for your assigned area of responsibility, operating with independent judgment on daily problem resolution and field coordination. This role supports the Project Manager without shadowing, requiring full ownership of your section. The client operates a self-perform model across 250 active job sites in the Southeast, offering a clear progression path from field crew to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field
- Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast and relocate as projects require
Desired Qualifications
- Experience on commercial construction projects (preferred)
- Familiarity with project management software (Procore or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Conflict resolution and organizational skills
- MOS 12B/12C/12N
- CE ratings
- 3E series AFSC
- BU/CE/EO ratings
