Job Summary

Entry-level Assistant Project Manager role focused on supporting the Project Management team on construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project documentation (submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes), overseeing project activities (planning, coordination, problem resolution), maintaining change order, submittal, and drawing control logs, preparing logs and documentation for construction meetings, handling subcontractor contracts, assembling Owner and Maintenance Manuals, ensuring adherence to the project quality control plan, coordinating with subcontractors and field personnel, maintaining the Warranty Log, attending meetings with clients and vendors, and providing project-management support. Required skills include knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods; strong organizational, record-keeping, and communication abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field. Travel up to 25% and work on active construction sites are expected.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Oracle preferred
