Job Summary
Assist Construction Supervisors and the Foreman by coordinating project activities to ensure safety, quality, cost, schedule, and documentation requirements are met. Responsibilities include preparing and assisting with pre-construction meetings, reviewing drawings and specifications to identify long-lead items and critical-path items, managing and updating project schedules with milestones, following up on document collection, coordinating work orders, prioritizing workload across multiple projects, tracking job costs, preparing change orders, producing financial reports to keep budgets on target, preparing and distributing billing documentation, and instructing the team on closeout and resolution requirements. Requires 3-5 years of construction experience and a college degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or equivalent experience; current Project Management certifications; and strong knowledge of Timberline, CMS, and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of construction experience
- College degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or equivalent experience
- Current Project Management certification(s)
- Strong working knowledge of Timberline and CMS
- Three (3) years of senior level administrative experience
- Knowledge of Excel, Timberline, and CMS
