Job Summary
Coordinate schedule, subcontractor, procurement, contract, and cost activities while managing project documentation and client communication. Facilitate collaboration between office and field teams, participate in planning and problem-solving efforts, and maintain alignment between project objectives, budget, and schedule. Support day-to-day project management activities across construction phases to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. This role offers hands-on experience in project execution for candidates with a construction management degree and two to five years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year engineering or construction management degree
- Two to five years of related experience
- Solid understanding of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to subject area
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience on healthcare or other highly regulated projects such as OSHPD or HCAI
- Experience supporting self perform construction operations
- Exposure to lean construction practices such as pull planning or takt planning
- Highly organized and effective communicator with strong presentation skills; able to multitask, build relationships, and foster collaboration and consensus
