Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager collaborates with the Project Management team to plan, coordinate, and complete construction projects, including involvement in budgeting, bidding, and cost control through closeout. Responsibilities include ownership of the RFI and submittal processes, contributing to accurate budgets and bids, understanding project cost controls, maintaining project documentation, leading and documenting OAC meetings, frequent site visits with the superintendent and PM, distributing drawings and submittals to subcontractors, managing schedules and punchlists, and mastering Clune’s systems while upholding safety culture and OSHA standards; requires strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering or equivalent experience, plus 2-5 years of related project experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering or equivalent industry experience required
- 2-5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects
