Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager to support Dealer Education and project execution from order entry to completion. Manages assigned accounts and smaller projects; coordinates with Engineering, Drafting, Production, Logistics, and Field Services; reviews drawings and documentation; maintains records; supports scheduling and status updates; handles project tracking and closeout activities; requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and process time-sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of project management principles, manufacturing processes, and customer support practices.
- Ability to review and interpret project drawings, specifications, finish schedules, field reports, and production-related documentation.
- Strong understanding of company products and manufacturing processes or the ability to develop such knowledge quickly.
- Ability to learn and utilize LEAP, Epicor, and related systems to support project execution and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other business software systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
