Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager will support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and coordination across preconstruction through closeout; responsibilities include maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, managing procurement and submittals, coordinating with clients and vendors for owner-furnished, contractor-installed (OFCI) items, QA/QC tracking, reviewing budgets, handling RFIs and meeting minutes, and promoting jobsite safety. Required qualifications include a 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years’ experience; preferred skills include proficiency with Procore and Sage, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, advanced organizational capabilities, and knowledge of bidding/budgeting processes and contract documents.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the built construction world.
