Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager needed to assist the Construction Project Manager with oversight of insurance loss repair construction projects from planning to completion. Responsibilities include paperwork and tracking, budgeting, scheduling, managing subcontractors/vendors, ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance, following insurance company and third-party vendor billing/compliance tasks, developing cost estimates, maintaining project records, and coordinating with clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders. Requires collaboration with Mitigation Team, vendor management, and strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in project management software (Xactimate, Symbility, CoreLogic) and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on insurance loss build back projects
- Proficient in project management software, specifically Xactimate/Symbility/CoreLogic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets, schedule, and vendors
- Valid driver's license
