Job Summary
Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes while overseeing assigned project activities such as planning, coordination, and resolving problem areas. Maintain change orders, submittal logs, and document control systems, ensuring accurate contract submittals and timely issuance of subcontractor contracts. Prepare required logs for construction meetings, create job information sheets, and establish project files. Ensure project quality control plans are followed, monitor contractor progress, and assist field personnel. Prepare price change orders, project reports, and documentation, while working with payroll to ensure accurate information. Interact with subcontractors, clients, and vendors to obtain correct documentation and maintain warranty logs. This entry-level role supports the Project Management team on active construction sites, requiring up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role
- Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Oracle preferred
- Up to 25% travel
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs
