Job Summary
Assist in managing residential construction projects for New Leaf Builders. Provide support for vendor management, scheduling, and quality control; aid the Project Manager in directing all aspects of construction, including purchasing, field operations, environmental compliance, and safety. Roles emphasize on-site leadership, adherence to policies, managing schedules and quality to meet building standards, and fostering relationships with trades. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read plans and use basic tools. Focused on customer service and professional conduct to deliver high-quality homes.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of professional experience or education in construction
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read plans, tape measure and use other small tools as necessary
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications & email
- Ability to read, count and write English to complete all necessary documentation
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an ability to overcome obstacles as an individual and with group coordination
- Have a strong operational focus, analytical ability, and good judgment with high ethical standards
- Ability to communicate with all persons effectively and courteously
