Job Summary
Assist the Project Manager in overseeing and delivering Project & Development Services to meet client requirements and goals. Responsibilities include managing all project phases (planning, design, construction, FF&E, technology, move management, occupancy), compiling scopes, budgets and schedules, reading and understanding project documents (agreements, leases, work letters, charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, drawings, meeting minutes), maintaining client focus through deliverables and reports, preparing meeting minutes and status reports, processing purchase orders, tracking financials, procuring and managing local architects/engineers/general contractors/subcontractors/vendors, ensuring all participants understand goals/constraints/deliverables, providing excellent client service, and potentially owning smaller projects. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field and 1-3 years of experience; strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with architectural/engineering drawings and related software; strong MS Office/MS Project/Adobe Acrobat skills. Cushman & Wakefield offers a comprehensive benefits package and salary ranges dependent on location and qualifications; compensation is disclosed as $33.52 - $39.43 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Requires 1-3 years of experience in a related role
- Strong software competency: Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat
