Job Summary
Manage small project scopes under Project Manager guidance while coordinating activities to maintain schedules and tracking progress. Assist in change order estimates, budget support, and cost forecasting. Attend client and field meetings, arrange logistics, and document project materials. Monitor jobsite safety, address deficiencies, and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors. Act as a liaison between teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables. Track design changes via RFIs and document control efforts. Contribute to process enhancements and propose efficiency solutions. Maintain positive client relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- three to five years electrical construction industry experience

- Experience working with accounting systems

- Knowledge of electrical trade

- Ability to coordinate project activities with vendors and subcontractors
- Ability to monitor and track project changes (e.g. RFIs, design changes) and assist in document control efforts
- Ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships to contribute to successful project outcomes
- Ability to act as a key liaison between project teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate clear and effective communication aligned with project goals
- Ability to monitor jobsite safety and take appropriate action to address and correct deficiencies
- Ability to adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices
- Ability to maintain a physical presence onsite and regularly visit jobsites to oversee progress and provide assistance to the project management team as needed
