Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager role supporting the Project Manager and Project Superintendent with field-office setup, change-order tracking, contract administration, timekeeping and reporting, site equipment/fuel/materials tracking, and compliance with company and client expectations. Core duties include maintaining a field construction office, submitting and tracking hours and reports, managing 811/One Call tickets, receipts, and project logs, and coordinating travel for site visits within Wisconsin and Michigan. The position requires proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and scheduling tools (Microsoft Projects or Primavera) and involves a heavy travel schedule with six 10-hour workdays (Monday-Saturday).
