Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager and Project Superintendent with field-construction office setup and ongoing administration. Responsibilities include change order tracking and project contract administration, submitting and tracking project hours and timekeeping, jobsite inventory, project progress reports and supervision logs, equipment/fuel/materials tracking, 811/One Call ticket management, managing receipts from crew members, and ensuring compliance with company and client expectations. The role involves travel within Wisconsin and Michigan for site visits and project kickoffs; schedules typically involve six 10-hour days per week (Monday-Saturday).
Required Qualifications
- Professional Degree or Diploma
- Previous experience in Office Management
- Experience in Microsoft Projects or Primavera preferred
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Well versed and comfortable on a computer
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
