Job Summary
The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily will support the project management team on multifamily construction projects, tracking project schedules and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in project management or construction, preferably in multifamily projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
